FAIR PLAY POLICY

This Fair Play Policy is an essential component of the terms and conditions governing the utilization of YT Technology, a platform created by YT Technology ("YT Technology" or "We" or "Us" or "Our"). Its primary aim is to uphold elevated standards of fairness, competition, skill, and sportsmanship in all games played on the platform. Users (referred to as "you") are expected to adhere to mandatory standards of conduct outlined in this policy, which also details specific measures implemented to maintain these standards on the platform.

YT Technology reserves the right to take necessary actions, at its sole discretion, to enforce this policy during all games on the platform. Therefore, users are strongly advised to carefully read and understand this policy before participating in any games on the platform.

1.1 A Fair Play Violation ("Fair Play Violation") refers to any user activity that contravenes this policy, including:

- Using unfair means to manipulate game outcomes, regardless of favorability.

- Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, suspicious, or unfair activities, as determined solely by YT Technology.

- Intentionally transferring funds between individuals or sources, constituting money transferring.

- Colluding with other players to influence game results, amounting to syndicate playing.

- Actions falling under the Prohibited Conduct outlined in clause 2 below.

1.2 By registering and using the platform, users explicitly agree not to partake in any Fair Play Violation through any means. Consequences for users found guilty of a Fair Play Violation are outlined in clause 3 below.

2.1 Prohibited conduct on the platform includes, but is not limited to:

- Using multiple accounts for the same Cash Game or at the same table.

- Impersonating or misrepresenting affiliation with any person or entity.

- Unauthorized access to other users' YT Technology accounts.

- Misrepresenting the source or identity of funds.

- Deliberately losing a round in a Cash Game to transfer winnings to another user.

- Use of unauthorized components, cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or thirdparty software designed to modify the platform.

- Dissemination of spam, unlawful content, or unauthorized communication to other players.

- Using the platform for money transfer or engaging in conduct that may amount to money laundering or other unlawful activities under Indian law.

- Uploading content or registering a user ID that is racist, casteist, profane, vulgar, offensive, or unlawful.

2.2 Users must ensure the accuracy and validity of all KYC documentation submitted. Submitting false, forged, or fraudulent documentation will lead to immediate termination of the user account and legal action.

2.3 All communication on the platform must strictly relate to platform matters. Users engaging in offensive or unlawful communication may face termination. barred from accessing the Platform. The following types of communication are specifically prohibited:

Vulgar or abusive language, racist remarks, offensive comments about religion or caste.

Prohibited activities on the YT Technology platform include any form of solicitation, begging, pestering, or causing nuisance through chat. Users are also forbidden from discussing the purchase or sale of Chips, flooding the chat window with recurring messages, engaging in persistent or constant unwanted communication, and participating in advertising or promotional activities for third-party products or services. Additionally, posting malicious or defamatory content about the platform or revealing personal details like email addresses, contact numbers, and postal addresses is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Fair Play Violations in all platform games are closely monitored, and the detection of such violations may result in the immediate termination of user accounts involved, including the freezing of funds until the matter is resolved.

3.2 Users found to be engaging in Fair Play Violations may face permanent suspension from accessing the platform, with their accounts blocked and funds frozen in accordance with the policy. This applies to users who profited from the violation and those who aided or colluded in the act.

3.3 In the event that YT Technology believes or suspects a user has been involved in Fair Play Violation:

- Notification of the breach or attempt to breach will be provided.

- The platform reserves the right to investigate and monitor the user's account and gameplay for a period deemed necessary to address the breach.

- Funds of users guilty of Fair Play Violations may be frozen for up to 180 days, covering all games played since the user registered on the platform.

- Upon concluding the investigation, if a user is found to be engaged in Fair Play Violations, the platform may forfeit funds, repatriate amounts to affected users, and levy a Fair Play violation fee. This fee, up to ₹10,000 or three times the add-cash amount (whichever is higher) per instance, is considered a reasonable and justifiable cost for the platform's losses.

3.4 If a review indicates financial losses to a Genuinely Affected User, the platform may recover such losses and impose further penalties at its sole discretion. YT Technology retains the right to pursue legal remedies to recover amounts not covered by frozen funds

3.5 YT Technology reserves the right to review any user's game at any time. If a game is found to violate the policy, strict penalties and actions will be taken in accordance with the policy. There is no time limitation on the detection and actioning of a Fair Play Violation on the Platform.

4.1 In the context of this Policy, a "Genuinely Affected User" refers to a user who experiences a direct monetary impact in a Cash Game due to a Fair Play Violation by one or more other players in that Cash Game.

4.2 Genuinely Affected Users, following review and confirmation by the YT Technology investigative team, may qualify for a refund of their add-cash amount for the affected Cash Game. Such refunds will align with other policies governing the Platform's use, including those related to Game cancellation and refunds outlined in Clause 6 below.

4.3 Genuinely Affected Users are required to report a Fair Play Violation within 72 hours of its occurrence, either via email to support@YTTechnology.com or through the help section provided on the Platform. YT Technology's internal team will investigate the reported Cash Game and respond within 72 hours, taking necessary actions in valid cases as per the Game cancellation and refund policy.

5.1 YT Technology has instituted a 24x7 monitoring mechanism, employing a team of experts and proprietary technology to review Cash Games on the Platform for Fair Play Violations. While there is ongoing monitoring, Users are also encouraged to report Fair Play Violations to ensure prompt resolution. Contacting YT Technology is recommended if there are suspicions of Fair Play Violation during any Cash Game participation on the Platform.

5.2 The Platform incorporates the Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithm in gameplay, accredited by the renowned testing lab iTech Labs, IEC/ISO 17025 certified. This ensures international standards of randomization in each Cash Game, covering seating, shuffling, and more.

5.3 Anti-collusion measures, such as randomized seating and anti-fraud algorithms, are implemented on the Platform.

5.4 Information about playing cards is encrypted, preventing third-party viewing.

5.5 Advanced techniques are utilized to detect collusion among two or more players during Cash Games, triggering an instant auto-alert if a Fair Play Violation is identified.

5.6 Alerts are automatically raised for any signs of Fair Play Violation.

6.1 If a Rummy Cash Game is cancelled due to a technical error or any reason solely attributable to the Platform, or upon the detection of a Fair Play Violation, the following settlement policy applies: Points Rummy Cash Games:

- The add-cash amount paid by all Genuinely Affected Users will be reimbursed. Users engaging in Fair Play Violation will forfeit the add-cash amount paid, and, as per this Policy, may be subject to a Fair Play violation fee.

Pool Rummy Cash Games, Deals Rummy Cash Games, and Tournament Games:

In the event of cancellation at any stage:

- For Pool Rummy Cash Games, Deals Rummy Cash Games, or Tournament Games, the add-cash and rebuy amount, if any, paid by Users involved in Fair Play Violation, will be forfeited. Users may also be liable for a Fair Play violation fee in accordance with this Policy.

6.2 Refunds resulting from such cancellations, following review and confirmation by the YT Technology team as per this Policy, will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the request.
