Terms of Service

Y T Technology, ( "We," "Us," or "Our"), is an online platform that allows users (referred to as "User" or "User") to engage in online Rummy games with other users. These Terms of Service for Y T Technology ("Terms"), in conjunction with Y T Technology's Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), Fair Play Policy ("Fair Play Policy"), and the collective set of Game Rules (defined below) (collectively, "Platform Policies"), govern the relationship between Us and the user. The Platform Policies constitute a legally binding agreement between Us and the user and, which dictates User access, use, and visitation of the Y T Technology product, website, mobile applications, and associated services ("Services").

By using the Services, User signify User acceptance of the Platform Policies, and therefore, it is strongly recommended that User carefully review the Platform Policies before utilizing Our Services. If User do not agree with any part of the Platform Policies or any subsequent modifications thereto, User must cease accessing or using Our Services.

We retain the right to periodically assess, update, or make alterations to any aspect of the Platform Policies at Our sole and absolute discretion. Consequently, we advise User to stay informed about the most recent versions of the Platform Policies. In the case of any significant amendments to the Platform Policies, we will notify User, and User continued use of the Services following such notice will be considered as User consent to the revised Platform Policies.

In the event that one or more of the terms herein are declared invalid or unlawful for any reason by a competent judicial or quasi-judicial authority in India, the remaining terms will remain unaffected and will remain valid and binding on User all users.

1.1 "Applicable Law(s)" refers to all relevant statutes, enactments, laws, ordinances, treaties, conventions, protocols, bylaws, rules, regulations, guidelines, notifications, notices, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs, orders, instructions, decisions of any court, awards, and other requirements or official directives of any governmental authority in any jurisdiction that are applicable to the relevant person.

1.2 "Bank Account" signifies a financial account maintained with a Banking Company or a financial institution and includes a wallet maintained with an entity authorized by the Reserve Bank of India.

1.3 "Banking Company" is defined as a banking company under section 5(c) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

1.4 "Barred States" refers to any state within the territory of India where online gaming is prohibited under Applicable Laws.

1.5 "Buy-in" is defined as the amount required for a User to participate in a Cash Game on the Platform.

1.6 "Buy-in Balance" represents the total value available to a User for participating in a Cash Game on the Platform.

1.7 "Cash Games" are games that involve a financial stake, as determined by the participants of the game, in accordance with the Game Rules.

1.8 "Communication Feature" denotes an in-game feature that enables users to interact with each other during a game.

1.9 "Deposit Balance Segment" refers to the section of the RC Wallet where any money deposited by a User with Y T Technology for playing a Cash Game is credited, following the deduction of applicable goods and services taxes ("GST") in accordance with Applicable Laws.

1.10 "Reduced Buy-in Amount" refers to the actual sum deducted from the User's RC Wallet as a Buy-in for a Cash Game, regardless of the standard Buy-in for that specific Cash Game.

1.11 "Discount Vouchers" denote non-monetary credits that may be provided by Y T Technology, at its discretion, as part of a promotional effort aimed at enabling Users to engage in Cash Games at a Reduced Buy-in Amount. These Discount Vouchers cannot be withdrawn, come with a specified validity period determined and communicated to Users by Y T Technology, and can only be utilized for their designated purpose as defined by the Platform.

1.12 "Discount Voucher Segment" designates the non-monetary section of the RC Wallet where the balance of Discount Vouchers is displayed for the User's reference.

1.13 "Games" encompass the game of Rummy offered on Y T Technology, inclusive of various formats and variations of Rummy accessible on our Platform, such as points, deals, pool, and tournaments.

1.14 "Game Balance Segment" signifies the portion of the RC Wallet on the Platform that represents the User's available funds for participating in Cash Games.

1.15 "Game Regulations," for each Game, refer to the specific rules and guidelines applicable to that Game, which can be accessed on the Platform.

1.16 "Platform" corresponds to the Y T Technology website and associated mobile/desktop applications where Games are offered to Users in diverse formats and variations.

1.17 "Platform Policies" encompass the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Fair Play Policy of Y T Technology, in conjunction with the collective set of Game Regulations for each Game.

1.18 "RC Account" designates the User account maintained with Y T Technology, enabling Users to engage in Games.

1.19 "Reimbursement" denotes the reversal of amounts paid by a User for participating in a Cash Game (excluding GST), returning these funds to the User's RC Account.

1.20 "Terms" signify the Terms of Service of Y T Technology.

1.21 "RC Wallet" designates the segment of the RC Account where Users can deposit and utilize funds on the Platform.

1.22 "Withdrawable Balance" represents the sum in the Withdrawable Balance Segment.

1.23 "Withdrawal" signifies the transfer of all or part of the Withdrawable Balance to a designated User's Bank Account, as initiated by the User's specific instructions to Y T Technology.

1.24 "Withdrawal Request" stands for a User's formal request on the Platform to initiate a Withdrawal.

1.25 "Withdrawable Balance Segment" designates the section of the RC Wallet where the User's winnings from Cash Games, either in full or in part, are credited.

2. Who Can Utilize Our Services:

2.1 Our Services are exclusively intended for individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and who do not reside in or access the Platform from any of the Prohibited States. We retain the authority to regulate access to Our Services in any Indian state and maintain the right to update the list of Prohibited States.

2.2 If user are below the age of 18 (eighteen) or reside in one of the Prohibited States, user are strictly prohibited from accessing and utilizing Our Services. In the event that user disregard this prohibition, user assume sole responsibility for any potential legal consequences arising from user use of Our Services. We also reserve the right to request proof of age and geolocation at any point during user utilization of Our Services to ensure compliance with age restrictions and geographical restrictions. If we suspect that user are underage or located in a Prohibited State and user fail to provide valid age verification, we may prevent user from using Our Services.

2.3 If user are not legally eligible to engage in financial transactions in Indian Rupees through banking channels in India or if user are accessing the Services from a Prohibited State, user are expressly prohibited from participating in Cash Games on Our Services. In the event of such a violation, user participation in Cash Games will be considered a breach of the Platform Policies, and user will not be entitled to any prizes user may have won in such Cash Games.

2.4 We reserve the right to terminate user access and use of the Services if we become aware of or believe, at our sole discretion, that user use and access of Our Services is in violation of the Platform Policies.

3. Utilizing Our Services:

3.1 we offer user the opportunity to enjoy the game of Rummy through our online mobile application, which can be downloaded and installed from our website, www.Y T Technology.com, as well as from trusted sources such as the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and other available app stores.

3.2 Rummy is a skill-based game, making it legally permissible to play in most Indian states.

3.3 Our Platform places a strong emphasis on fairness and transparency. We employ the Random Number Generator (RNG) mechanism to power the Games provided as part of Our Services. This process has been certified by YT technology, a globally recognized authority with ISO 17025 certification for RNG verification and certification. The RNG process utilizes an algorithm to generate random numbers, ensuring that all players receive cards selected impartially from a thoroughly shuffled deck. 3.5 During registration on the Platform, user are required to verify user mobile number. All user information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

3.6 Upon registration, user consent to receive promotional and service messages from us and our affiliates through various channels, including SMS, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and push notifications. These messages pertain to tournaments, offers, and discounts of various types. User have the option to withdraw user consent to receive such communications by sending an email to support@Y T Technology.com.

3.7 Issues related to internet connectivity at user end, interruptions caused by user local internet environment, software or hardware setup errors on user device, or other factors not directly attributable to us, fall outside our control. Consequently, user agree that we bear no liability for any disruptions, interruptions, or halts in user use of Our Services due to such issues.

3.8 Winnings, whether monetary or non-monetary, and Discount Credits (which are exclusively non-monetary), are unique to each player and cannot be transferred. Any attempt to transfer winnings or Discount Credits is considered a breach of these Terms, and such winnings or Discount Credits will be forfeited at our sole discretion.

4. User Registration and Creation of RC Account:

4.1 To gain access to the Platform and its Services, user must create an RC Account and complete the registration process by providing a valid phone number or any other required information. User commit to furnishing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times, as stipulated by Y T Technology. The use of multiple accounts on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Should we identify multiple accounts associated with a single user, we may take punitive actions, including the cancellation of all sums related to Discount Credits on linked accounts and the suspension of those linked accounts.

4.2 Upon establishing an RC Account with us, an initial username is generated for user. User have the option to modify or change this display name, which serves as user identity ("Username") on the Platform. The acceptance of user chosen Username is contingent on its compliance with these Terms. User Username must not contain indecent, offensive, objectionable, or unlawful content. Usernames that infringe on the intellectual property of any entity, disclose personal information, or suggest advertising or promotional activities may be rejected. User Username will remain active on the Platform unless we terminate or suspend user access to the Platform due to a violation of the Platform Policies as per these Terms or if user RC Account becomes inactive in accordance with Clause 11.

5. Game Formats and Regulations:

5.1 Y T Technology offers the game of Rummy in various formats and variations on the Platform, encompassing both Cash Games and non-cash Games. We reserve the right to modify the number of Game formats and variations available on the Platform at our sole discretion. User have the flexibility to select a game with a Buy-in or Discounted Buy-in based on user skill level and knowledge.

5.2 User undertake to adhere to the relevant Game Rules when participating in Games on the Platform. It is user responsibility to ensure that user have read and comprehended the applicable Game Rules before engaging in any Game. The Game Rules are an integral part of the Platform Policies and can be accessed by clicking "See Rules" beneath the category of the game selected on the Platform.

5.3 We may periodically introduce additional Games on the Platform. The Platform Policies will govern all aspects of such newly introduced Games, and the pertinent Game Rules for these new Game(s) will be made available to user.

5.4 The results and winners of each Game are determined in accordance with the applicable Game Rules. By registering and/or participating in any Game, user agree to accept these determinations, which are not open to dispute. We will post lists of winners on our Platform after each Game.

5.5 In the event that anything in the game rules/FAQ (whether explicit or suggestive) displayed on the Platform contradicts these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency with the game rules/FAQs.

5.6 While participating in Games on the Platform, user have the opportunity to win prizes. These prizes are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time when the prize is awarded.

6. Restrictions on the Use of Our Services:

6.1 User are expressly prohibited from uploading, distributing, transmitting, publishing, sharing, displaying, or posting any content through Our Services or any service or feature provided by Us that:

- Belongs to another person without user legal rights.

- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of someone's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing based on gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or in violation of any applicable laws.

- Is harmful to a child.

- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

- Misleads the recipient about the message's origin or knowingly conveys false or misleading information that may be perceived as factual.

- Involves impersonation of another person.

- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, incites criminal offenses, or obstructs the investigation of any offense, or is disrespectful toward other nations.

- Contains a software virus or any code intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of a computer resource.

- Is patently false and untrue, written or published with the intent to mislead or harm individuals or organizations for financial gain or to cause injury.

- Is otherwise objectionable or undesirable, whether or not it is illegal.

- Seeks to solicit donations, chips, or other forms of assistance.

- Disparages its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates, partners, sponsors, products, services, or websites in any way.

- Promotes a competing service or product.

- Violates any Applicable Law.

6.2 The Communication Feature for a user may be immediately suspended without prior notice if we believe that the user is engaging in any activity prohibited under Clause 6.1 or any other section of the Platform Policies. This may result in the suspension of the User's RC Account. User have the option to report any abusive or malicious behaviour by another user by following the complaints procedure outlined in Clause 16 below.

6.3 User are not allowed to host, intercept, emulate, or redirect proprietary communication protocols used by Us, if any, regardless of the method employed, including protocol emulation, reverse engineering, or modification of Our Services or any of its constituent files.

6.4 Altering or framing Our Services, adding editorial comments or commercial content, modifying any content, or removing, obscuring, or tampering with proprietary notices or labels is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Using Our Services for commercial purposes, including operating a cyber cafe as a computer gaming center, participating in network play over the Internet, connecting to an unauthorized server that replicates the gaming experience provided by Us, is prohibited.

6.6 User are not allowed to buy, sell, trade, rent, lease, license, provide a security interest in, or transfer user RC Account, content, funds, culture club points, standings, rankings, ratings, or any other associated attributes originating from Our Services.

6.7 Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as attempting to use or using another person's credit cards, debit cards, net-banking usernames, passwords, authorization codes, prepaid cash cards, or mobile phones to add funds to the Deposit Segment, or attempting to access the Services through someone else's RC Account, is strictly prohibited. If we identify such fraudulent activity, we may terminate user RC Account and, where applicable, inform the appropriate authorities.

6.8 If user are an officer, director, employee, consultant, or agent or a relative of such individuals, user are prohibited from participating directly or indirectly in any Cash Games that entitle user to any prize during user engagement. For the purposes of these Terms, 'relative' is defined as in Section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013.

6.9 User agree not to allow any other person to access or use user RC Account and not to use external assistance to play Games or engage in activities that violate the Platform Policies.

6.10 Using Our Services for restricted or unlawful purposes, including attempting to launder funds from user RC Wallet or intentionally losing money to specific players, is strictly prohibited.

6.11 Sending spam emails or any other form of unsolicited communication to other users on the Platform for any purpose is prohibited.

7. Deposit, Payment, Withdrawal, Refund, and Cancellation:

7.1 Deposit To make payments on the Platform, user must use user RC Wallet and follow the indicated process. When user deposit money with Y T Technology, it goes into the Deposit Balance Segment (exclusive of GST), which is the amount available for participating in Cash Games. User winnings are automatically credited to the Withdrawable Segment, but user can choose to transfer a portion of user winnings to the Game Balance Segment, depending on ongoing promotional offers (if available). User RC Wallet keeps a record of all user transactions on the Platform.

All funds collected from user are held in trust by________ in a designated account, unencumbered. By participating in Cash Games, user authorize ________ to appoint a third party, Trustee, or Escrow Agent to manage funds on user behalf. These collected amounts are held in a non-interest-earning bank account operated by a third party designated by_______. These funds are used for (a) user withdrawals, (b) _____________margin (the difference between the buy-in/discounted buy-in amount and the prize pool amount), and (c) payments to governmental authorities, including GST and TDS on winnings.

All transactions on our platform are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR), and we do not accept deposits in any other currency or in the form of virtual digital assets. User are free to deposit funds in the Deposit Balance Segment under the following conditions:

- User can deposit up to INR _________ (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand) in a single transaction.

- There is a monthly deposit limit set by us, subject to our discretion and any undertakings, indemnity, waivers, and verification requirements we may determine. We will notify user of any changes to the deposit limits on the Platform.

- GST at government-prescribed rates will be applicable to the amounts user deposit in the Deposit Balance Segment.

The deposits in the Deposit Balance Segment are solely for participating in Cash Games and do not accrue interest. User can transfer the balance from the Deposit Balance Segment to the Game Balance Segment to participate in Cash Games. YT Technology will issue a GST-compliant invoice to user, available for download on the Platform in the RC Wallet section, to account for the deemed supply of specified actionable claims when user deposit money into the Deposit Balance Segment.

User cannot transfer funds from user RC Wallet to another user's RC Wallet, except as permitted by Y T Technology. User represent and warrant that the payment instrument or method used for adding cash to user RC Wallet belongs to user. Credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cash cards, and Internet banking payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and other payment modes require authorization by the processing entity. User acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays or denials in processing payments, and the processing is subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant third parties.

If user encounter issues when adding cash or depositing funds on the Platform, user can file a complaint by following the procedure outlined in Clause 16 below. Please note that we are not liable for delays or declines in processing user credit, and user must follow up with the payment instrument providers in such cases. Once a payment or transaction is authorized, confirmed, and funds are received by us, the amount is credited to the Deposit Balance Segment (exclusive of GST) and becomes available for transferring to the Game Balance Segment for playing Cash Games. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction at our sole discretion, and in such cases where the relevant payment is successfully realized, the transaction will be reversed, and the money credited back (exclusive of GST) to the original payment source.

7.2 Withdrawal

User can withdraw all or a portion of user Withdrawable Balance to userBank Account through electronic bank-to-bank transfer or other available methods as per user preferences and in compliance with Applicable Laws. User also have the option to transfer part of user Withdrawable Balance to the Game Balance Segment and avail of Discount Credits in line with ongoing promotional offers on the Platform, such as Superboost or similar promotions as determined by Y T Technology. The percentage of user Withdrawable Balance that can be transferred to the Game Balance Segment is solely determined by____________ discretion and is made available to user as an option in the information panel.

7.3 When initiating a Withdrawal Request, user must provide the details of the Bank Account to which the funds should be credited, and that Bank Account must belong to user.

7.4 A Withdrawal Request is subject to adequate KYC verifications, alignment with the deposit method, and security reviews by our automated systems and risk management team. User agree to the following conditions governing all user Withdrawals: User may place a Withdrawal Request once every 24 (twenty-four) hours. User can make Withdrawals of all or a portion of user Withdrawable Balance, but please note that they are subject to the applicable processing fee, which depends on the Withdrawal method, as well as an applicable withholding and withdrawal charge. The Withdrawal Charge, which includes GST (if any), is discretionary and may vary based on factors including user level of engagement on the Platform. The specific Withdrawal Charge for user Withdrawal will be communicated to user when user request the Withdrawal, and __________ will provide a GST-compliant invoice for user reference, available for download on the Platform from the RC Wallet section.

When making a Withdrawal, user must adhere to the following limits: a minimum of INR 100.00 (Indian Rupees One Hundred only) and a maximum of INR 1,00,000.00 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) per transaction. Payments will be processed either through electronic wire transfer or using user stated preferences in line with Applicable Laws. In some cases, the amount may be disbursed to the financial instrument or method used for adding cash to user Deposit Balance Segment. These withdrawal limits may be adjusted by us from time to time.

User Withdrawal Requests will be processed once user KYC verification is complete, subject to any specified restrictions in these Terms and the Platform. We may request user KYC documents at any point to verify user identity and address. Please note that Discount Credits are non-monetary and cannot be withdrawn. They are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern their use.

We will make reasonable efforts to process user Withdrawal Requests promptly, but delays may occur due to necessary KYC verification, security checks, and other processing requirements. We are not liable for any compensation due to such processing delays.

7.6 Refund

If user have unutilized funds in user’s Deposit Balance Segment and wish to request a Refund, user can do so by contacting Support, completing KYC verification, and adhering to these conditions: Upon receiving user’s Refund request, we will process it within two weeks from the date of receipt, and the Refund amount will be credited to the original source user used to add the funds. User may submit a Refund request no later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date user added the funds to user’s Deposit Balance Segment. Please note that any GST deducted at the time of depositing the funds is not refundable in accordance with Applicable Laws.

7.7 The refund policy for canceled Cash Games will follow the terms and conditions specified on the Platform at the beginning of the relevant Cash Game.

7.8 User winnings may be disclosed to the relevant authorities, and amounts may be withheld from pauserts to ensure compliance with Applicable Laws and lawful requests from government entities, regulatory bodies, tax authorities, or orders from a court of competent jurisdiction. It is user responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes are duly remitted.

8. KYC Verification:

8.1 Users are required to undergo additional online document verification, known as "KYC," in the following situations:

- When a User submits a Withdrawal Request.

- When there are suspicions or notifications of a violation of any of the Platform Policies.

- If the User is found to breach the applicable add cash thresholds.

- When a User is provided with a promotional offer from the Platform or when winnings are credited to their RC Wallet.

- As may be required under Applicable Laws.

- As may be determined by Y T Technologies at its sole discretion from time to time.

8.2 Our KYC process involves a mandatory step in which users are required to upload documents and information related to their Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Bank Account details.

8.3 These KYC documents and information must be uploaded on our Platform, and we do not accept submissions in any other form or manner.

8.4 When uploading documents on our Platform, Users must ensure that:

- The documents are valid.

- The documents are clear and legible and are shared in jpg, jpeg, or pdf format.

- The documents are not password-protected.

8.5 The validation of KYC documents may take up to three working days from the date of document submission. We reserve the right to validate and/or reject the KYC documents at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of the status of KYC verification on their registered mobile number/email address and on our Platform.

9. Discount Credits:

9.1 Discount Credits may be offered to Users by YT Technology under the following circumstances:

- When Users add cash to the Deposit Segment.

- When Users make a Withdrawal request.

- When Users participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.

- When Users complete actions determined by Us at our discretion.

YT Technology may, at its sole discretion, offer Discount Credits to Users, which are displayed in the Discount Credit Segment. The availability of Discount Credits may depend on specific conditions such as User's continued usage of the Platform, participation in Cash Games, or other conditions set by YT Technology. It's important to note that Discount Credits have an expiration period, and this period may vary depending on ongoing offers.

9.2 Discount Credits offered by YT Technology are exclusively designed to facilitate Users in availing Discounted Buy-ins for Cash Games. YT Technology reserves the right to adjust and modify Discount Credits as needed. These credits may also be subject to specific conditions, such as usage limitations in specific types of Games or restricted usage after a predetermined time period has passed.

9.3 Users can access details regarding each Cash Game transaction, including the applicable Discount Credits, through an information panel made available before initiating a Cash Game.

9.4 If a User's RC Account is terminated either voluntarily by the User or by Us in accordance with these Terms, all allotted Discount Credit(s) will be canceled, and the User will no longer have any rights or interests in those Discount Credit(s).

9.5 Any violation of the Platform Policies at any stage may result in disqualification from receiving Discount Credits or other promotional winnings.

9.6 It's essential to understand that the Discount Credits allocated to Users are not redeemable for any other prize, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be directly withdrawn or transferred to another user.

9.7 Y T Technology may at its sole discretion, make available to user Games wherein user may utilise the Discount Credits allotted to User to participate in such Games. The winnings of such Games shall also be in the form of Discount Credits and shall be displayed in the Discount Credits Segment.

10. Taxes:

10.1 Under applicable laws, a Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be imposed on all Net Winnings, which is calculated as the difference between Total Withdrawals and Total Deposits during a financial year (running from April 1st to March 31st of the following year). TDS is applied at a rate of thirty (30) percent on Net Winnings during Withdrawals and at the end of each Financial Year on the remaining balance of a user's Net Winnings. Please note that the TDS policy is subject to change in accordance with applicable laws, and YT Technology reserves the right to make modifications accordingly. YT Technology's responsibility in this regard is limited to deducting TDS as required by applicable law and providing Users with an appropriate tax deduction certificate. We also retain the right to periodically verify User PAN and may cancel any prize if the PAN is found inconsistent during our KYC verification process.

10.2 It is essential for Users to ensure that their PAN is linked to their Aadhaar, is valid, and operates in accordance with applicable Income Tax laws. YT Technology will not be held responsible for providing TDS certificates or TDS credits to Users whose PAN has become inoperative based on the circulars and instructions issued by the Income Tax authorities from time to time.

10.3 We do not assume any responsibility or liability for matters related to the personal taxation of Users.

11. Termination, Suspension, and Opt-out:

11.1 If a User does not log in to their RC Account at least once in a 12-month period, the RC Account will be considered inactive, and a maintenance fee of INR 250 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) per year may be imposed at our sole discretion against any remaining funds ("Inactive Account Fee").

11.2 We retain the right to suspend or terminate a User's RC Account if we determine that the User is violating any of our Platform Policies, attempting to breach the security of Our Services in any way, or otherwise engaging in activities that contravene our terms. In such cases, the RC Account may be terminated immediately, and any prizes, promotional winnings, or funds in the account may be forfeited.

11.3 If a User's RC Account is terminated by Us in accordance with Clause

11.2: - The User will not be allowed to use Our Services in the future using the same mobile number, PAN, and Bank Account linked to the terminated RC Account.

- The User may withdraw the Withdrawable Balance, subject to applicable restrictions in the Platform Policies.

11.4 Additionally, if we find that a User is breaching or attempting to breach our security or privacy protocols, we may take various remedial actions, depending on the severity of the breach. These actions may include:

- Stopping access to and usage of Our Services indefinitely.

- Permanently terminating the User's RC Account.

- Restricting Withdrawals for the User.

- Demanding compensation for any loss to Our Services caused by the breach and pursuing legal action if necessary.

- Prohibiting the User from registering with Us in the future.

11.5 In the event that we suspect or believe a User has engaged in Fair Play Violation:

- We will notify the User of such a breach or attempted breach.

- We have the right to investigate and monitor the User's RC Account and gameplay for a period deemed necessary, which may extend up to 180 days from the date of notification of the breach. During this investigation, the balance funds of both Users involved in Fair Play Violations will be frozen for the same 180-day period. The investigation will encompass all games played by the User since registering on the Platform. 11.6 If, after conducting an investigation, we find that a User's RC Account is involved in Fair Play Violations, we may take the following actions:

- Forfeit the funds in the User's RC Wallet.

- Repatriate the amount to the User or individuals who have been affected by the Fair Play Violation.

- Charge a Fair Play violation compensation fee of up to INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) per instance of such Fair Play Violation. You acknowledge that this compensation fee is reasonable and justifiable, considering the costs associated with manpower, technology, and the potential damage to our reputation caused by the User's violation of the Fair Play Policy. This fee may be debited from the funds in the User's RC Wallet, or if the balance is insufficient, we may raise a claim for the fee in accordance with applicable laws.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Fair Play Violation" encompasses any activity by a User that violates the Platform Policies and includes, but is not limited to:

- Activities that employ unfair means to manipulate game outcomes on the Platform, regardless of whether it benefits the User employing such means.

- Activities that are fraudulent, illegal, or deemed unfair by YT Technology at its sole discretion.

- Activities intended solely for the purpose of transferring funds from one person to another or between distinct sources, constituting money transferring.

- Collusion between two or more players to achieve a certain outcome during a game, amounting to syndicate playing.

- Any other activity determined by YT Technology from time to time.

11.7 In cases where we receive instructions or become aware of cyber fraud or any fraudulent activity related to a User's RC Account from a governmental, police, or any law enforcement authority or agency, we reserve the right to:

- Suspend the User's RC Account.

- Transfer any funds in the User's RC Wallet to a Bank Account as instructed by the governmental, police, or any law enforcement authority or agency.

- Block any and all Withdrawals from the User's RC Wallet upon instructions from the government, police, or any law enforcement authority or agency.

11.8 We may attempt to validate a User's RC Account through calls or emails. If we are unable to reach the User on the first occasion, we will make subsequent attempts to establish contact. In cases where the provided phone number and email address are incorrect, we are not responsible for any interruptions in User access and use of the Services. If we cannot reach the User or if the validation is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to restrict User access to Our Services until a satisfactory validation is achieved. We will notify the User via email about the next steps for RC Account validation. We may also request proof of identification and address from time to time. If access to User RC Account is limited due to unsuccessful validation, it may take up to seven (7) working days to reinstate full access upon successful validation. If we have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the User, we reserve the right to terminate the User's RC Wallet and refund any Deposit Balance. We will not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from such termination or restriction.

If you wish to discontinue using Our Services, you can send Us an email indicating your intention at support@Y T Technology.com ("Discontinuation Request"). If at that time, there is a positive Withdrawable Balance and/or funds in your Deposit Segment, we will disburse the same to you by electronic transfer in accordance with these Terms, subject to any applicable charges. This includes a discretionary account closure fee of INR 1,000.00 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only) or ten (10) percent of the total funds to be transferred, whichever is higher. If such a fee is applicable, YT Technology will issue a GST-compliant invoice for you to download on the Platform from the RC Wallet section.

12. User Declarations and Assurances:

12.1 You confirm that:

- You possess the necessary qualifications and capacity to engage in transactions with other users.

- All the information you provide to Us, whether during registration or later, is accurate, complete, current, and precise. We are not responsible for any claims arising from the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of the information you provide. We may, at our sole discretion, request you to validate the accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of this information and, to that extent, require you to provide additional supporting documents. If you fail to provide valid supporting documents, we reserve the right to restrict your access and use of our services.

- You will safeguard the information you provide to us. You must not share your RC Account login credentials with anyone, including other Y T Technology users or representatives. You understand and acknowledge that we are not liable for information you provide to anyone that may expose your RC Account or be misused by another person.

- You possess the necessary legal rights to any content you may transmit, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform, and such actions will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

- You will use your RC Wallet exclusively for playing the Games offered through our Services, and not for money laundering or any other unlawful or prohibited activities.

- Before adding funds to the Deposit Segment or participating in Cash Games, you are responsible for ensuring the legality of playing Cash Games in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing Cash Games.

- You have the experience and necessary skills to play Games on the Platform and do not have any physical or mental condition that would hinder your full participation in such activities.

- You are aware that playing Cash Games may result in financial losses for you. With full awareness of the circumstances surrounding this activity, by using the Platform, you voluntarily choose to play Games and assume all responsibility and risk associated with your participation in any Cash Game or other activity on the Platform, including financial losses. You understand that YT Technology is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur as a result of using the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold YT Technology, its employees, directors, officers, and agents harmless from any claims and costs associated with your use of the Platform.

- You understand and accept that your participation in a Game does not obligate Us to award you a prize. Winning a prize depends entirely on the outcome of the Game, your skills as a player compared to other players in the Game, and is subject to the Platform Policies.

- YT Technology is not responsible for your inability to access or play any Game or event in which you may be eligible to participate, regardless of the cause of such an event. This includes situations where you are unable to log into your RC Account or it is pending validation, or you may be suspected or confirmed to have violated any of the Platform Policies.

- You understand that any Fair Play violation by you or non-compliance with these Terms shall be considered a breach of contract by you.

13. Content and Promotions:

13.1 You are solely responsible for any content you transmit, upload, or make available on Our Services. By posting any content on Our Platform, you agree to grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, distribute, and publicly display your content. If you find any aspect of such content offensive or unlawful, you may report such content to us, and we will take appropriate remedial actions in accordance with applicable law.

13.3 We may place specific promoted or sponsored content on Our Platform, either directly or via links to other sites or resources, in conjunction with third parties. We make no guarantees regarding such content, and we do not endorse any information contained in it. We are not liable for such promoted or sponsored content, and your interaction with such content or third-party resources is solely at your own risk.

13.4 We reserve the right to utilize any content related to the Games played on the Platform, including gameplay recordings, for corporate and marketing purposes. You acknowledge, agree, and consent to our use of such content.

14. Disclaimer, Indemnity, and Limitation of Liability:

14.1 YT Technology cannot be held responsible for any claims, losses, injuries, damages, expenses, or lost profits or winnings resulting from your use of the Services.

14.5 The Platform is provided by YT Technology on an "as-is" basis, and makes no implied warranties regarding the Service. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use are disclaimed. No one is authorized to make any warranty on our behalf, and you may not rely on any other statement of warranty. However, where we receive adequate notice of an error in our Services, we shall take prompt steps to rectify the same.

14.6 YT Technology expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any harm, damages, or loss resulting from your participation in, or cancellation of, any Game, any activity or transactions with third parties whom you may have connected to through our Services, and any user-generated content, including any violation of intellectual property rights with respect to such user-generated content.

14.7 A failure by us to insist upon strict performance of any of the provisions herein or to exercise any option, right, or remedy contained herein shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of such provisions, option, right, or remedy. No waiver of any provision hereof shall be deemed to have been made unless expressed in writing and signed.

14.8 The latest versions of the Platform Policies, as published on the Platform, contain the entire agreement between you and us regarding the access to and use of our Services and supersedes all prior agreements, including prior versions of the Platform Policies.

15. Intellectual Property Rights:

15.1 YT Technology and/or its affiliates exclusively own all rights and intellectual property worldwide, including patents, trademarks, domain names, trade names, service marks, copyrights, software, trade secrets, industrial designs, and know-how in the Platform and Services, and the underlying technology and documentation therein ("YT Technology Intellectual Property").

15.2 Upon valid registration on the Platform, you are granted a limited right to use our Services in accordance with the Platform Policies, and you have no right, ownership, title, or interest in the YT Technology Intellectual Property.

16. Complaints and Disputes:

17. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction:

17.1 The Platform Policies are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

17.2 Subject to Clause 17.3, any dispute, controversy, or claim against Us or arising out of these Platform Policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

17.3 In the event of any legal dispute arising in relation to any aspect of the Platform Policies or the use of our Services by you, you must provide written notification to us of the dispute and relevant details. We shall attempt to resolve the dispute through discussions with you, and where such resolution fails to be concluded within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted before a tribunal of three (3) arbitrators, with both YT Technology and you appointing one (1) arbitrator each, and the two (2) arbitrators jointly appointing the third arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The award arising from such arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on the parties, and each party will bear its own arbitration costs and share the arbitrator fees unless the arbitral tribunal decides otherwise.

17.4 Notwithstanding anything in Clause 17.3, YT Technology shall be entitled to seek and obtain from a court of competent jurisdiction, an interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available under applicable law, to safeguard its interest, at any time during the pendency of a dispute with you or any other person, and such pursuit of relief shall not constitute a waiver of the arbitration process mandated herein.
